ABOUT THE ROLE

ThaiQuest Limited builds AI-native SaaS platforms — including Intellex, our Thai Corporate Data Solutions — that depend on continuous, high-quality data from official and public sources. We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can own the full data acquisition pipeline: from fetching and scraping upstream sources, to keeping the infrastructure that serves it all running reliably. You’ll work closely with our backend and AI teams, and you’ll be expected to bring agentic AI tools into your own workflows to move faster and work smarter.

We are an AI-native company. We expect this role to actively use agentic AI tools — including Claude Code and AI-assisted automation — to improve processes, write and maintain scripts, and handle repetitive operational tasks. Curiosity and willingness to learn are more important than having every skill on day one.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Data acquisition pipelines — Design, build, and maintain scrapers and API integrations targeting official sources (DBD, government procurement portals, regulatory databases, news, and more); handle rate limiting, retries, proxy rotation, and schema evolution.
• Public-access web servers — Provision, harden, and maintain Linux servers (Nginx, SSL, DNS, firewall rules); ensure uptime, performance, and security across production environments.
• Automated scheduling & monitoring — Set up cron jobs, queue workers, and health-check alerts so pipelines run unattended; respond to failures quickly and build self-healing systems where possible.
• Infrastructure-as-code & deployment — Manage deployment workflows for Python, Go, and Laravel services; containerize workloads where it makes sense (Docker); version-control infrastructure configs.
• Data storage operations — Work with PostgreSQL and SQLite at scale; support indexing strategies, backups, replication, and storage growth planning.
• AI-assisted process improvements — Identify repetitive, error-prone, or slow operational tasks and use agentic AI tooling (LLM-assisted scripts, Claude Code, workflow automation) to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Security & compliance hygiene — Apply responsible scraping practices, API key management, secrets rotation, and access controls across all systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Linux server administration (Ubuntu/Debian)
• Nginx, SSL/TLS, DNS, firewall (UFW/iptables)
• Python or Go for scripting and automation
• REST API integration and HTTP-level debugging
• Web scraping tools (Playwright, Scrapy, Colly, or similar)
• PostgreSQL — administration, indexing, backups
• Git and basic CI/CD workflows
• Docker and container basics
• Reading and writing shell scripts confidently

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Thai government data sources (DBD, SEC, NACC)
• Go for concurrent scraping and microservices
• SQLite in high-read production environments
• Python, Go, and Laravel queue workers and scheduled tasks
• Redis, queue management, job monitoring
• Basic cloud/VPS management (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS)
• Experience using Claude Code or AI coding assistants in daily work
• Thai-language reading ability (for navigating official portals)

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows และ Linux
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบเครือข่าย เช่น TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, Routing, Switching, และ VLAN
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีความสามารถในการจัดการเวลาและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
• มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูด และการเขียนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• แนะนำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ Business Intelligence / Data Analytics Platform ให้แก่กลุ่มลูกค้าองค์กร (Corporate, Enterprise, SMEs)
• วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานของลูกค้า เพื่อต่อยอดเป็น Insight-Driven Solution ที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการด้านข้อมูลของลูกค้า
• วางแผนและดำเนินการหาลูกค้าใหม่ (Prospecting) รวมถึงการรักษาและขยายฐานลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมผลิตภัณฑ์, ทีมข้อมูล, ทีมเทคนิค เพื่อส่งต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าและพัฒนาฟีเจอร์ใหม่ให้สอดคล้องกับตลาด
• จัดทำและนำเสนอ Product Demo และ Use Case ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแต่ละอุตสาหกรรม
• ติดตามโครงการลูกค้า ตั้งแต่ต้นจนปิดการขาย พร้อมรายงานสถานะให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• สื่อสารประโยชน์ของ Data Visualization, Automated Reporting และ Corporate Intelligence ให้เข้าใจง่าย
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับผู้บริหาร ผู้ใช้งาน และผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจในองค์กรลูกค้า
• รวบรวม Feedback ของตลาดเพื่อเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ BI และกระบวนการทำงานภายใน
• บรรลุเป้าหมายรายเดือน/รายไตรมาส พร้อมสร้างโอกาสการขายใหม่อย่างสม่ำเสมอ

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย Software, SaaS, Data Platform, Business Intelligence, Analytics Solutions หรือ Enterprise Product อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
• เข้าใจพื้นฐานของ Data, Dashboard, Reporting หรือสามารถเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์เชิงเทคนิคได้รวดเร็ว
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
• สามารถวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าเชิงธุรกิจ (Business Requirements) และแปลงเป็น Solution ได้
• มีความสามารถในการบริหารงานขาย, Pipeline และทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายได้ดี
• หากเคยทำงานด้าน B2B / Enterprise Sales จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เปิดใจเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ และสนใจงานด้านข้อมูลเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือพื้นฐาน เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, CRM ได้คล่อง
